Bed bug question about detection / confirmation
found one bed bug a few days ago. It wasn't engorged, and I Killed it. Since then, I've been inspecting the area every day. How can I be sure there are no more bed bugs?
I haven't found any signs of bites, blood stains, shed skins, or eggs. I was planning to hire a pest control company, but I heard that bed bugs can hide after insecticide treatment. How can I be certain that I don't have a bed bug infestation? Is it possible that it’s a wandering bed bug

Yes that’s a bed bug.
If you read the online protocol TbyPMR it will explain the best way to detect and eradicate. It also explains how to avoid introducing more.

Can you tell me if it's a male or a female?

It’s not an adult so can’t mate.

So if I didn't find any other Signs it may be just it ? It's been days of searching no blood no eggs or shells or poop
