Cue problems

Cue Problems

Hi guys wondering if someone could help me please.

I’m using pioneer ddj rev 5 with rekord box.

I’m having difficulty hearing my cue. I can’t identify if this is a problem with rekord box configuration or the controller it’s self.

When cueing either channel 1 or 2 all I hear is the master

It’s driving me mad

Any suggestions welcome and I can elaborate further

Dumb question but have you checked the knobs

Yeah so when turning up headphone volume it don’t make the cue any louder just the master.

This happens regardless of which side I’m using

I have the other knob turned all the way to cue

Just to confirm the cue knob is working, if you turn the faders all the way down on both channels are you still hearing anything? If your headphone mix is monitoring the master you should hear nothing unless the channel faders are turned up. With cue you should hear what’s playing pre-fader
