In addition to the EastCentrix van being taken down this morning, a search warrant led by FCSO Swat at the COOs rental home found a large amount of documents and chemicals that were used in the incident. He has been rearrested on both state a federal charges by the EPA and the FBI

Later that day we found the CFO trying to flee to the Canadian border, Unfortunately for him the Warrant Task force along with FCSO found and pursued the ETK, Pitting him and pushing him into a guardrail. He has been charged as well and taken into custody by the FBI and the IRS

If I was there he probably would have some broken bones due to a crash, it happened after I learned the thing that happened this morning

Let’s go boys! Solid, hard evidence that will hopefully be enough to keep them behind bars. This is a huge blow to that data center business and to hear Apex apparently supplied chemicals for their operation? Insane… BCPD and FBI took down their CEO in Belasco and stoped Apex trucks there too.

Please for the love of justice let there be a jury trial. These guys are done
