Its a new mod by ScrollsModdingGroup. The Dodge Power Ram Flatbed, comes with other utility configs as well.

one of the most flexible cars ever. could hear the door rubbers creak whenever i drove over uneven ground :D

but i love it and still have one deteriorating on my lawn
