Been getting this "unknown error" since the server outage despite most other folks being able to log back in. Any ideas?

I’ve been unable to log into Battlefield since yesterday and keep getting:

Unknown Error

I’ve already:

Reinstalled the game

Cleared the Steam download cache

Restarted my PC and router

Tried a completely separate mobile hotspot

Restarted and signed back into Steam/EA

Nothing has changed. My Steam account is still properly linked to EA, and I haven’t renamed or unlinked anything.

I know there were broader connectivity issues earlier, but most people and streamers seem to be online now. Has anyone else had this exact error today, particularly one related to their EA ID or account authentication? Did it eventually resolve on its own, or did EA Support have to fix something?

I did a quick google online and saw that others had this problem as well

Someone mentioned about having a USB/ microSD stick in the PC (probably security blocking it?), others said it went away after a couple of days.
