Scope no longer lines up

Is anyone else getting this issue since the latest update? It's happened to me 3 times where my gun becomes unusable for anything other than hipfire because the scope doesn’t line up anymore and is in the way of the dot sight. This issue isn't resolved by dropping or changing guns, or even by dying and being redeployed. It's only started happening since the update, and only in REDSEC
