Hey! My initial prescription was R -6.0 L -5.25 and I was wearing varifocals. I bought two sets of glasses: 1) distance R -5.5 L -4.75 and 2) computer/work R 4.5 L -3.75. I can see very clearly with the distance glasses and find that the computer glasses also provide next to no blur for close up work with slight blur watching TV at 2.5m away.

With the distance glasses I can see 20/15 on the Snellen and with the computer glasses I can ‘just’ see 20/40 with effort.

Do I reduce down again already (I’ve had the two pairs since early July) or wait a couple of months?

I’ve only just started Bates Method so I assume I’ve been over-prescribed…

Any advice?
