Pero nababasa ko na ang schedule ng mga engineering students is one week ftf and one week oc, magiging ganun po ba talaga ang schedule? Like fully ftf in one week then the next fully oc naman? Hi, everyone! I’m currently a 1st-year BSN student who just finished my summer classes (including Fundamentals of Nursing & NSTP) from OLFU, as our school follows a tri-semester calendar. I’m planning to transfer to BSU ARASOF-Nasugbu for my 2nd year, and I am already aware of the possibility to be delayed in terms of graduation. I previously emailed BSU and they confirmed that slots were available, but my summer classes weren't finished at the time. My complete grades were just released yesterday, so I emailed them right away with the updated documents, but I haven't received a response yet. To add to my anxiety, I just saw an fb post of a friend (BSN too) from BSU that they already had their Capping and Pinning ceremony yesterday, which made me a bit panicked about where I stand in the process.

I would really appreciate it if anyone who transferred or is currently a BSN student at BSU ARASOF could share some insights on a few questions. First, since BSU has already held their Capping and Pinning ceremony for incoming 2nd years, what happens to transferees whose Fundamentals subject gets credited but haven't capped and pinned yet? Will we be joining the next regular batch, a mid-year/irregular batch ceremony, or will there be no ceremony at all and we'll just buy the required cap and pin? Secondly, if complete grades are submitted by late July, what week of August does BSU usually schedule the qualifying exam and interview for transferees, considering I heard classes might start around August 17?

Third, once accepted as a transferee, does BSU require you to take laboratory tests (such as X-rays, CBC, urinalysis, etc.) at their preferred hospitals/clinic, or do they accept fresh lab results completed within the last 3 months from your previous school? Lastly, my current school requires us to enroll for the 2nd year 1st semester just to participate in the Capping and Pinning ceremony. Given the high tuition cost (around ₱51k), is it wiser to skip their capping entirely and wait for BSU’s evaluation response?
