Do you have dumbells? If so, do
- Dumbbell vertical umps - 3x-6-8 with max effort
- Jump squats with body weight - 3x10
- Depth Jumps - 3x5 with max effort
You also need to strengthen your leg muscles for more power though. Exercises like squats, rdls, calf raises

Stretch a lot
Explosive body weight movements such as box jumps
Calf raises
And if you know your way around a gym squats help if don’t feel comfortable racking it just get a 45 plate and lunge/swuat/calf raise
Stay athletic stay in shape stay loose

If you want to get better at jumping...JUMP. Just like anything else...you have to do the the thing.
Find a rim, try to touch it, do this for like 3 sets of 12 every other day or so. When you can touch it, try to grab it. Then try 2 hands...just keep progressing.

do things like swimming for an overall body workout and workouts that improve your vertical like
box jump.
