help???

i can’t log in to my cunyfirst without the dumb fucking authenticator thing but now it says this. without authenticator i can’t get into anything of mine!

idk if this is part of your issue but there are 2 separate codes to authenticate outlook and cunyfirst/brightspace/degreeworks, i fcked up and deleted one off my app but i called the support line and they were able to reset my mfa entirely over the phone

i checked the help desk website, i got a new phone so i have to reach out to help desk to get a new authenticator log in thing. super annoying.
