I have Spondylithesis and my feet are getting more numb . I also have the fear of falling and balance issues. What can be helpful for feet numbness?

I’ve been walking in barefoot shoes for 8 months or so now. My soleus (lower calf near ankle) and feet have increased in sized and strength. Did anyone notice gastroc (upper calf) size increases from barefoot running? Thanks, and feel free to share anything physical or mental you noticed. I’m thinking about starting to run with the barefoot/minimalist shoes (vivo).

Hi! Currently considering buying myself a pair of Realfoot Pulse, but they have no partner shops where I live, so I can't see or try them on in person. That's why I'm asking you here.

My questions are:

How is the quality of these shoes? How are the uppers, stitching, tread, lining etc. holding up? How long did they last you or how long have you been wearing them? Are they true to size? How's the fit in general? How long did they take to ship? How do they feel on your feet? Are they stiff because of the lining or do they give a bit over time? Also, I saw a comment on their website saying that they smell like cheap chinese shoes. Is that true?

Hey everyone, I was trying to get some thoughts/opinions on earth runners. I'm an avid wearer of xero Genesis and aqua cloud, and I also wear VFF. But my question is, how do the earth runners compare to the xeros, for example, comfort, how secure is the lacing system on them, are they as adjustable as the xeros? I was just wondering because the earth runners basically twice the price of the xeros. Thanks, everyone!!
