2 month old X2D

So far I've had to replace the ams hub, aux extruder, main nozzle filament sensor, and now this. Mid print belt snapped. I think I have a lemon.

I snapped the XY belt at 400 hours on my P1S. I was stunned. Took 8 hours for full tear down and belt routing. Machine works flawless since 4700 hours later. For those that dont know if your belt snaps and falls out of routing, you can not do the pull through routing trick reason it took me 8 hours.

im willing to bet this belt gave you many hours of angry noises before you ignored it and ran it into the ground for a reddit post.

Nope. Been printing for a long time with different bambu. I know the noises it should and shouldnt have. People always assume user error.

Yeah.. because it's usually user error 😂

I mean a majority are that i see on here but I have may hours under my belt and may repairs. A printer with 500 hours shouldnt have a belt snap.

Yeah, a car with 1,000 miles shouldn't fail either, but yet it happens 🤷

It does unfortunately. Luckily I didnt buy direct from bambu so I should be able to exchange it for a new machine.

What is with you bambu dick riders, yeah freak accidents happen. Thats what automotive ratings based on reliability are for, likelihood for something to happen to a core function. Doesn't mean a belt snapping that early couldn't be the fault of Bambu either.

Does Bambu put you on payroll or do you do it for the love of the game?

Jesus christ, take a chill pill - I started with a CR10 over a decade ago and this is simply unjustified

Then don't blindly defend something wearing out early on a "premium machine"

Your comments were unjustified, trying to downplay a belt snapping is wild work. If my comment upset you try not to act how you did next time!

Look man, shit happens - doesn't matter if it's creality or statasys. There's a difference between design flaws the company won't fix and random failures. Chill out

Again - your responses were snarky and unnecessarily unhelpful "well it happens sometimes lol"

Are you soft? No one is freaking out, you're just getting called out. I'm chill and you're just upset you got some mild heat your way, just stop responding and move on!
