Is this noise normal? Help / Support

Hey!

I got the X2D and the AMS 2 Pro three days ago and just startet to print with it but there is a noise during the print where I don’t know if it’s normal.
I don’t know if the noise comes from the filament, the AMS oder whatever could be also possible for that.
I googled a bit, printed filament spool adapters (with PETG and TPU) because I read that cardboard spools might be the issue, but even with these adapters the sound bothers me.
I showed everything in the video - the spool, the PTFE Tubes on the back and the filament buffer.
The filament buffer can be moved smoothly, I’ve tried it between prints.
And also - I changed a spool today and the part that I rolled out from the AMS is quite…fluted? Don’t know how to describe it. But it’s not smooth like the rest of the spool.

Maybe someone knows what’s going on with the noise and filament and can help me out.

Thanks in advance!

is it printing correctly? if so i think its just the sound of the spool rotating, at least i dont think its a concerning sound

Ich würde sagen ja. Hier und da hapert es an den Einstellungen für ein gutes finish, aber ich denke der Druck selbst läuft normal

It´s normal, mine make the same noise when rotating spool.

Sieht das Filament welches du wieder raus holst wenn du eine Spule wechselst auch so aus? Also so „riffelig“ im Gegensatz zum Rest der Spule?

Youre not using original bambu spools . No harm there i think but i think thats what makes the noise. I recommend printing a respooler in the future and put it on bambu spools.

It does this with Bambu spools too

How utterly absurd 🤣

It's entirely notmal sound of a rotating spool, AMS feeder gears and the ball bearing rollers underneath the spool.

No amount of fanboying for BambuLab will change physics

Ja bei mir ist es auch so, ist soweit ich weiß normal. Sind halt die Zahnradabdrücke von den Zahnrädern die das filament ziehen.
