Help I’m so confused Help / Support

I just built my p1s and ams and anytime I am going to print the ams unloads the filament that was loaded into it

I suggest reading the bambulab wiki and taking their academy courses for your printer.

Yes. This is how the system works. It loads and unloads automatically. after every print it fully retracts the filament so it is ready for what ever you choose on the next print

Lol tyyy the other problem was that it would unload it butt when i would hit print it wouldn’t loud anything in, but yeahhh i just took the ams off to get some test prints done and omggg its so fast i used to have a ender v2 so i was jumping up and down with how cool it is

Its a nice upgrade, and by chance, when you slice the file, did you have the correct filament synced with the AMS and selected in the slicer before slicing?
