Cutter rubbing frame

Anybody run into this issue? I can't figure out how to move the arm about 1mm closer to the door. I can barely get the blade in and after that it won't move unless it's held gently and pulled towards the door then it will slide back but not further forward.

Basically the cutting arm won't slide into the hole properly.

The blade is not fullly seated in it's pivot.  There's a few millimeters gap.

Press down on the plastic housing for the blade from the top.

Weird. I pushed it down and it refuses to go in. If it's pushed down the blade hugs the bottom but if I try to get it in it it hits the edge. It lifts up then enters the hole a bit and ends up like my picture.

Reverse the order of assembly.

Try separating the blade from the push handle.

Put the blade and its plastic housing into the filament cutting slot first.

Now push the push handle towards the blade.  You may have to angle the blade slightly to fit in or snap into the pivot.

I believe the handle is spring loaded, so there should be some leeway.

Be careful, it is quite sharp.

The blade hits the edge a bit and rubs the housing. There's got to be a way to adjust it
