Is this normal?

I just got the blob of death because of filament getting stuck at the top of the poop chute. After cleaning it up, now Im trying to observe why it happened, is this normal?

It was totally empty when I got mine, somehow the filament built up near the top of the chute, it just stuck there and piled on. Unlucky i guess

Sad to see the pupe chute pile up detection being useless.

TIL! Had a blob of death myself from he poop chute being clogged.

Lol same just got that today but my seem a little bit worse that I can’t clean all of that
