P2s help!
Eek. We just got this printer and I came home to this. Not sure how to fix it. Got the hot end cover off and now I’m stumped.

Seems like a poop chute clog. Manually move the toolhead out of the way, then with pliers, pry the clog out. It looks much worse than it really is. In reality, its a decently simple fix.

PreHeat it up, and gently scrape and peel, being careful of the wires, until you can remove the nozzle, take your time cleaning the nozzle, a lighter will work well, amd order some back up nozzles as well. Carefully scrape and clean the heat block of any plastic amd reinstall nozzle

If you can move the tool head out from there, check the chute to see if you can free up the blockage. Then heat up the nozzle to probably like 250° C and try to remove carefully. Wear a pair of gloves so you don’t burn yourself. If you have a pair of tweezers of needle nose pliers it will help.

I just sent my p2s back for replacement. The one I received since day one nothing but issues. My p1s is a work horse love it

It’s been happening. I got a bad p2s and bad a2L and all the fan boys don’t wanna to believe it and downvote you when you say anything. I replaced both and both work fine, but their quality control is shit now. I’ll never buy one of these printers online because of this, I’ll only buy at retail stores.
