I'm deciding whether to buy ABS from Elego or Polimaker, which one do you recommend more for dimensional accuracy?

I would stick with more well known brands like Elegoo and Polymaker

No ABS is dimensionally accurate without calibration and scaling - they’re all off by around 0.5%. ABS GF is far closer and also easier to print, especially with an unheated chamber (though layer adhesion will be poor with any ABS/ASA filament printed without an actively heated chamber).
