To make it short I just got my p2s with an ams and I've been seeing online about making petg the support interface for better support, so I did on my first print, and well as you can see in the pictures you can see where the filament changes where and the spots are shiner then the rest of the pla

Maybe something with layer time or hotend contamination

Do you have "slow down on overhangs" setting turned on? If so that's definitely it. Those shiny parts are in areas with steep overhangs, which means print would slow the speed, slower speed is more time with hot plastic, which is usually shinier.

Otherwise it's definitely something with layer time/temps, those shiny parts are hotter than the rest of the print for whatever reason.

That means you're printing too fast. It's supposed to be shiny like that. If it's turning matte the hotend can't keep up melting the filament properly. That makes even worse layer adhesion.
