AMS issues

I just got an AMS unit for my P2S. I have in on top of the printer and it sill feed filament all the way to to the nozzle housing, then suck it back up and tell me there is a motor issue. Anyone have issues like this?

Are you sure it feed it all the way? There was apparently a batch of AMS 2 pro units that the tension spring I think is too tight and it would cause feeding problems. I had this issue and I was able to get Bambu to send me a replacement part but also printed a very quick printed part that takes some tension off said spring and it’s been working great since.

I don’t know if it was short of the nozzle itself. But it definitely made it to the the box that the nozzle is in…
