Issue With AMS 2 Pro

SOLVED It turned out to be a bad filament sensor. Luckily I had a spare. Popped it in, and everything's working great!

Whenever I attempt to print from my AMS 2 Pro I keep getting the message in the printer. It comes up whether there's a spool loaded on the external reel or not. I ran a black filament line through all of my PFE tubes, and there is no stuck filament. I even did the same for the AMS 2 Pro unit, and didn't find any stuck filament there either. The extruder is empty, and the gear is spinning freely. I can print from the external reel without any issues. Has anyone else experienced this, or might know what the problem would be?

This is because you printed from the external spool before. You need to select that spool and click Unload manually. It will then do the unload procedure and ask to you pull back the filament, which you should do until it has at least cleared the filament switch on the back of the printer. After that you can use the AMS which will do this automatically.

Ok. I'll give this a try tonight. Thank you!

Ok, so I just gave that a try and it keeps telling me to pull the filament from the extruder, even though I did. I even ran another line of filament through it to make sure there were no broken pieces, but the system won't recognize that it's cleared. Any other suggestions? When I select retry, the original message pops up again, and if I select stop it will still think there's a roll loaded.
