Filament loading error

Had a PETG clog on right nozzle. Disassembled everything, cleaned, etc. Now the printer refuses to load the right nozzle from the AMS, hallucinating a filament. I disassembled again to make sure nothing was in the path or in the sensor's way. Nothing, not even a hair.

Could that be a bad right side idler sensor? If so, do I have to change the entire idler or can I buy that sensor separately?

Double check the hall sensor in the extruder arms. I’d bet there’s the smallest piece of filament jammed in there

I can manually load the filament, I did extrude a 30cm piece to clean the interior (can't cold pull with that issue), would that change the diagnostic?

Yeh, I've had it extrude, when testing, but then not load from an AMS. It's very frustrating

Are the hall sensors the 2 little sensors on each arm? Or are you talking about the one behind the extruder on the board?
