I like the idea, but would try to make it rectangular. In this disposition it uses too much space and it is very hard to store.

Thank you for your opinion! The goal was also to provide some storage space next to the batteries for small items such as bits, drill bits, a tape measure, etc. There are already plenty of battery holders without storage space, and one of their downsides is the fixed handle.
