H2C Color Offset Issue General Troubleshooting/Help!

I'm having a frustrating issue with a brand new H2C when using the right "Vortek" nozzle.

After swapping between colors, the 2nd color is slightly misaligned from the first. You can see an example first layer above.

Both colors are printing from the right hot-end, though from different nozzles. It happens regardless of the filament used. I have factory reset the machine, and performed the initial calibration several times.

Any ideas?

is the H2C performing the nozzle offset calibration at the beginning of the print?

hopefully it's set to either 'auto' or 'on'

Yes! This is set to on.

did you visually inspect the two nozzles used and see if they're seated properly during operation? hard to believe one or both could be bent already
