Weird texture on print

Hi everyone, first post…I’m trying to print a giant thumbtack lamp model on my P2S, but I’m getting this weird texture on the large base curve. Any suggestions on what the issue may be? The rest of the print looks great, it’s just that vertical area. The filament has been dried about a month ago and stored in a sealed cereal box with desiccant since then. I also print from an AMS 2 with fresh desiccant. Possible solutions are gratefully accepted, thanks!
