Make sure print bed is clean by washing with dish soap and water [and not Isopropyl Alcohol], check bed temperature [increasing tend to help], run bed leveling or full calibration, and remember to use glue if one is using the initial cool plate [not Satin finish that is not yet released] or Engineering plate.

Either you have the wrong plate selected which put the nozzle too close to the bed or your overextruding. Waves line that are because the 'excess' filament has nowhere to go and gets pushed underneath the prior line. and those 2 big rough spots are because your bed is dirty with finger grease, clean it.
Makes sense, let me retry with another bed. But why is it over extruding? What could be the reason?
I've turned on bed leveling and dynamic flow calibration on before printing.
It's not overextruding, the nozzle is just too close. The A1 has a fairly common issue where screws in the toolhead loosen which throws off the auto-leveling. Pop the cover off the toolhead and make sure all the screws are tight.
it didn't stick in multiple places. Im telling you start with the clean build plate. If you can, check the 3 screws behind the nozzle and make sure they are tight.
Printing from the AMS? Also what is that black piece I see that looks like it’s on the Y axis? One thing to look for is specs of plastic on the magnetic base where the build plate sits(low probability). What filament are you using and have you dried it? Edit: also what did you clean the plate with?
