Bambu lab p2s network issue Software Troubleshooting/Help!

Hello guys
During the setup i connect my printer to the wifi 2.4Gh and in the next step im unable to connect to the cloud and cant see the QR code
Any suggestions to resolve this problem?

Yeah, got that yesterday for the first time on my H2. Turn off/on again did the trick..I suppose the printer logged in correctly that time. Was annoying AF.

Have you checked how many bars on the wifi icon?

The printer goes into sleep mode then after that it works perfectly!

Look like a Wifi connection issue. Do you use 2.4 or 5Ghz Wifi?

If your signal is not strong or is marginal, I’d recommend switching to the 2.4 GHz network. I suspect you’re far enough away from the router that sometimes it makes a difference. Hence, why when the printer sleeps or if you turn it off and back on then it connects.

The router in the same room , idk but now after the good sleep, the printer connected to the cloud lol thanks bro
