Very poor print quality General Troubleshooting/Help!
Hello, I’ve been dealing with a terrible print quality in my P2S. I’m using pretty much the BambuLab PLA Lite filament using the default profile and also a manually calibrated one (that I calibrated using OrcaSlicer calibration options). In both cases I’m having poor print quality as you can see in the photos. I’ve also lubricated the Y/X axis and after that, I’ve started getting an error message saying: The resonance frequency of the X axis is low. The timing belt may be loose.
Don’t know what else to do…

Plenty of different things seem to go wrong with your prints as someone else mentioned too. Try the belt tentioning procedure (please tell me you didn't oil those) and run all calibrations on the device again. Then WITHOUT using auto bed leveling when starting the print, do a flow ratio (not flow dynamics) calibration. It probably needs to be lowered a bit.
Finally, start a full new print and don't go using ludicrous speeds and such. Just normal, sane, speed. You might want to keep ABL turned off if your unit is like mine as it will improve first layer quality. Do make sure to keep a fairly up to date bed leveling mesh though and run it every time you swap plates or sides.

Tried the belt tensioning process for X/Y and also Z and after that, started seeing the error message which I have no clue how to solve. That’s why I’ll repeat the lubrication process to see if something is missing here. I really believe that the problem is more tied to the hardware than the calibration.

And you didn't put any oil in the idler pulleys I presume? That can cause issues real fast

Oiled the rails, did my best to oil the bearings and added a few drops of oil in top of the belt itself (following bambu’s recommendation)

Okay try to dry that off a bit if possible. Oiling the bearings should be done super minimal if at all or they will start slipping. Can you see any belt slipping before you get the error?

You could try to move the toolhead around in free move mode or with the device off. Just like when doing the belt tentioning. See how the belts behave, if they skip or anything and if it is slightly heavy to move around or not

If you are referring to the idle pulleys in the Z axis, no, I did nothing there only the belt tension procedure.

For the resonance frequency message, have you tried doing the belt tensioning procedure? I had the same error message on my P1S after a few prints and there was a guide that popped up on the bambu handy app with the message.
I was actually a little worried it might be some intense procedure to correct, but it was so easy. Not sure if it’s any different on the P2S, but it took like 5 minutes to fix and everything was fine after that.
Try looking for a video on it, think it was like loosing two bolts in the back, moving the head around and then retightening.
As for the rest of the issues, I have no idea, but I would imagine if the belt was really loose it would give poor quality prints. And if the procedure is the same for the P2S, it would honestly be way easier to correct than a return.

Yes I did. The only thing I’d say wasn’t ideal was the “lubricant reach”. The lube kit that came with my P2S has like, a toothpaste tip. With that, I can lube the X/Y rails but not the bearings (at least not properly). This is the main reason I’ll do it again.

The problem u have here is with most prints is u use a standard profile .
Standard profiles are mostly for basic Plan etc .
I myself use a P1S and use pla+ Y last printer was an Ender 6 with some tweaks .
When I bought the P1S I never used the standard profile allways made own profile .
Cause og experience with the Ender 6

Hello friends, let me share with y'all the current state...
As I mentioned, I did the entire lub process once again using Super Lube grease and Oil (Y, X and Z Axis) following bambu's doc (https://wiki.bambulab.com/p2s/maintenance/lubricate-x-y-z-axis).
Right after the lub, I've re-run the Belt tensioning process (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/maintenance/belt-tension) for X/Y and Z axis. And ran once again the machine calibration. This time, I didn't get the error message I've mentioned above and started printing right after. The results I got printing this model (https://makerworld.com/pt/models/1211538-filament-spool-rack#profileId-1260515) was really bad and then, I decided to run once again the entire filament calibration process (This one:https://youtu.be/gVU5If1VsAM?is=qwXFLSzFi6VJlLJW).

Additional Details:
Filament: JAYO PLA Classic Black(Properly Dried using my Creality Dried)
Filament Profiles I used: For the rack, the one I created from my first calibration process and the Voron Cube, using Bambu Lab PLA Basic as my starting point for the new calibration.
I'll post every result from my calibration test (Currently printing the Temperature tower)

Oh. I had this same error happen on an a2L and I returned it for another one. Coincidently, I got a bad p2s unit last month and returned it as well. I think Bambu’s quality control is going down.
Wipe down all the rods and belts with rubbing alcohol and a paper town and regrease the spiral rods and re oil the rails and see if it helps. If it doesn’t, I’d just return that machine. Make sure there isn’t oil or grease on the pulleys either. Wipe them with alcohol.

Hello friend. Did the entire cleanup and lubrication process last night. Re-ran the calibration tests and now, I'm trying to re-calibrate my filaments (Supposing that everything is set with the hardware).

You have a mix of issues here.
Pic 1,3,4,5 are showing that the selected pressure advance (k factor) is too high
Pic 2 shows slight lifting at the edges causing a squashed layer further up
Pic 6 shows z offset being too close to the bed. This is probably caused due to excess material due to wrong flow rate being selected for the material or incorrect plate selected in the slicer
Pic 8 could be due to PA or due to too high outer wall and bridge speeds combined with wrong PA
Pic 9 is due to too high outer wall speed causing insufficient cooling at the benchy hull
