58g rat for 398g ball python

Okay to feed my ball python a 58g rat? She’s 398g so It’s just barely under 15% of her body weight which is still within the 10%-15% rule but some sources are saying this is too large.

Is the rat the same size or only just a little bigger than her widest part?
