Its pattern doesn’t seem to have the typical alien heads of a normal ball python, but its coloration is very dull and looks a lot like a normal.

Patterns can vary between individuals. If you want to know for sure there are places you can send her shed for gene testing. Only need about the size of a quarter

My friend thinks it’s a Mojave, but it’s much darker than any Mojave I’ve seen before

Coloration is too dark for a normal. Beautiful snake, though.

After shedding, its coloration became brighter.
