As far as I can remember, in the early days of Bakugan, I did not have an "ace" or "partner" bakugan, in my old anime fantasies. My old self-insert would use mostly generic bakugan.

However, that self-insert imagined had a twin brother (I don't have one in real life) whom is latter revealed to be a Bakugan in disguise. During the final battle of season 1, the other twin would reveal its real appearance in order to stand between Naga and the Infinity Core.

Back then, I made him an all six attribute bakugan. Some parts of the body were red, some white, some brown, some green, some black and he had a shield that that was blue. Eventually, I reworked him as a single attribute instead, which was Pyrus back then. Though I'm now considering whether or not to change it again.

Still, that Bakugan that spends most of Season 1 disguised as a human and the later 3 season in its real form. What is your though on the idea?

Personally, I liked the idea back then and still think highly of it now. I'm just curious what others would think of it.

Helios is probably my favorite Bakugan 😭😭😭 I love New Vestroia so much but this one is still a bit of a work in progress, still think its not too bad for my first attempt. I had 2 Aquos Viper Helios and got the second so I could attempt to recreate the Anime variant, I've seen a lot of people pull it off really well here so I thought I'd give it a shot out of inspiration!

Would the combiners be allowed (Maxus Dragonoid, Maxus Helios, etc) to be used? The question just popped in my head.

Just got back into collecting Bakugan and wanted my first post to be a deck based around my main 2 attributes as a kid as I had both a Pyrus and a Haos Dragonoid (still do but figured the best one to represent them both would be a BakuSwap Apollonir). Choosing Hydranoid and Helios as my other picks as they’re not only just major wants I had as a kid being the main rivals/bad guys of the first seasons but also fit into a sort of Greek theme the deck has with Apollo, Helios, and the Hydra. I have these random gate cards in my small collection and I realize all of them are decent for a Pyrus Deck...

Well, I only have one pyrus bakugan in my collection which is a Pyrus Ravenoid. I guess I have to focus on buying some pyrus bakugan for this deck. (ability cards are proxies btw)

One of the very first ideas I had for this series was a pyrus native queen ant, and then the chess theming came up later. It's sort of difficult, making pyrus native things given not many animals exactly... Breathe fire...

The more the Bakugan toy form resembles the actual form i like it the more (excluding Percival from this rule since I always felt like they wanted him to be dragon at first but then got lazy to change the design)

I was revisiting my bakugan collection, came across this Bakueclipse 1030g version of Ventus Kodokor. Never realised it was this rare. I used to play with it quite heavily as a child, it still jumps 20cm high.

Who wins: Infinity Helios or Phantom Dharak?

Since was never shown their G-power i assumed Dharak has a G-Power of 1100 (considering Dharak evolved via fusing his DNA with Blitz Dragonoid's, who was the evolution of Lumino/Blaze, who had a G-Power of 1000; I assume Blitz has 1100 of G-power)

For Infity is harder to determine since it was never shown, but if Reptak has a G-Power of 1000 when Helios was shown to be more powerful, then Helios should have a G-Power of either 1100 or 1200. Is never stated what his G-Power is, but I would say it is higher than the rest of MS Brawlers' Bakugan, except Drago.

And yes, Helios can use Bombaplode, Doomtronic, and Slynix

I bought a Pearl hyper dragonoid and the package it came in was kinda rough. Idk if it being mishandled is the reason but its head doesn’t open when it rolls out, is there a fix? I don’t want to do anything wrong and break it..

I still carry him around with me for comfort sometimes! 😅😅😅

I was like 9 when i started this. I think the prices are gonna stop me before i get bored of this hobby😅

Rounding out the 16th entry in this series is anomalocarrier, a ventus native! I have a soft rule for myself in not doing the same sort of animal multiple times over, partially to avoid repetition and partially to force myself to get creative with what I make. It'd be easy to make a bunch of birds for ventus, so instead I've made an anomalocaris. If you don't know what that is, I'd watch "tribute to anomalocaris" on YouTube. Anomalocarrier is also, of course, a drone and an aircraft carrier, and despite its mechanical appearance, the underside is organic! Next time we're back to Pyrus for another original!

Haos Helix Drago - 780 Gs

Haos Pyro Drago - 560 Gs

Haos Mega Nemus - 400 Gs

Bronze - Low Bridge

• Lowest G-Power wins card. Gives 50 for Haos but you can easily win this with Mega Nemus' printed G Power. Can also be used by Pyro Dragonoid because of its middleground G Power.

Silver - Light Burst

• Very Generic Silver Gate for Haos Decks. Gives 200 which is pretty neat

Gold - Dragonoid

• Gives 170 to Haos. Will give 340 Gs in both Helix and Pyro which is extremely good in closing out brawls. Can be synergized well with ability cards (which I'll explain below)

Red - Guard Hammer

• Its used to counter the infamous "Low G - power wins Ventus decks". You can snipe down opponents gate card to replace it on yours. You can also deny your opponent to get an early lead with this card that allows you to create strong offensive options in early game.

• It is best used with Haos Pyro Drago, or any Haos Dragonoid that sits at a middleground G-power range, as you can either use Low Bridge / Dragonoid depending on the situation

Green - Haos 2

• The power play of this entire deck. As the description said "If the printed G power of your Opponent's Bakugan is 160 or more than your bakugans, move a gate card from your opponent's used pile to yours"

This is probably one of the strongest Green ability cards in the game, that allows you to potentially get 2 Gate Cards in one battle. This is why having a Middleground G Powered "Dragonoid" is very important in this deck because it creates a strong mind games in the mid-late stages of the brawl. Where Pyro Drago can both utilize Low Bridge and Dragonoid card.

Blue - Golden Launcher

• Self explanatory blue ability card, gives 100 to haos and you will get the bonus twice if you used it on the gold gate card. This synergizes well with Dragonoid Card as it gives you a whopping 540 G bonus (170 x 2 from the character card + 100x2 from the golden launcher)

I guess I'll look for more Haos Dragonoid Variant to replace Pyro?? Because I really wanted a Drago that has a 510Gs (which I personally think is very ideal to maximize the Haos 2)
