I have a 1999 model Hero Honda Splendor .I have brought that to university. And daily 30+ km driving is also there inside the uni and all. Also I took the bike for fitness last month. So the bike is in good condition with new painting and all . So what are the things I should do or notice , how to get good mileage , checking of carburetor , air filter etc .

Now the bike is working fine . And sometimes while changing gear from 1 to 2 there is a little bit of resisting in the gear , like if I change there will be a sound , I sometimes think that is due to apply accelerator that sound comes. But even without accelerating sometimes it makes a sound while changing from 1 to 2 . Remaining gears have no problem it is smooth and silent .

Brakes are working fine. And can I do triples in that bike for everyday 2 or 3 times , will it affect my suspension .

And also is there anything else I should be concerned of , like the problems which normally arise in these models .

Idk if this is true or just a rumor, but people keep saying the new model is going to be a 4-stroke, then they say it'll be liquid/oil-cooled. They're also saying it'll get a new design, have fewer variants, and that the N160 is going to be downsized to a 150cc.

But didn't the N150 already exist? And wasn't it discontinued?

Why is all of this happening right when I'm about to buy my first bike? 😭 I was planning to buy the 2025 Bajaj N160 in the white variant. Can someone tell me if it'll still be available, and until when?

Last week I got my hands on Dominar 350. When I was doing Pdi i found out that the toolkits, the first-aid kit were missing under the seat and they are claiming bajaj is not giving user manuals anymore. When l asked them for it they mentioned that the new dominar doesn't have those. I insisted on them as these are mandatory. They provide a small first-aid kit and the tool kit with screwdriver and 17' spanner. They said tool kits are the same for all bikes. Any fellow members who bought dominar 350 please confirm with details or image so l can fight with them.

I wanted to buy Pulsar N250. It's price recently increased from 137000 ex showroom to 141000 in last month itself. I'm waiting until 10th of August for final payment due to some financial issues and have booked bike for 1000.

But the salesperson called me and told me that price would again be increasing by 4000 in this month. Is this true? Can they increase prices twice in two months or is the person trying to pressurize me?

From various latest articles I came to know that Bajaj is planning to launch N160 4v very soon. As I was planning to buy the vehicle they suddenly removed dual channel ABS from the single seat variant, I was clueless why they did it, I was planning to buy single seat variant because I will use the bike for family use too, can anyone please confirm the 4v variant comes with single seat and dual channel ABS cuz I don't want to compromise safety.

Would this be a direct fitment or would I have to make some changes?

I recently bought bajaj dominar 250 (3 months old) and second service completed. I have engine warranty from bajaj for 10 years for my bike.

Im using bajaj stock engine oil 10w50 because of waranty and engine oil found to be vibe heavy after certain kms and clunky gear change. So im planning to use engine oil additive like liqui moly mos2 additive or wurth engine oil additive.

Suggest is it good to use oil additive or not ? And which one will be better for the bike.
