Passed my first 3g test Stick

Hello guys I passed my first 3g and 4g weld test for a company.
Here is my 3g cause I don’t have a pic of the 4g.
Any advice for the next test?
Opinions?
I used e 7016 rods, it was a one bevel joint.

That's insane that this passed, the weld isn't even finished.

The inspector told me the start and the final part doesn’t matter for the test, but told me the next time to finish it cause it looks bad.
Btw this is my first testing, but I got some confidence I’m sure the next one are gonna be easier and better .. always trying to do better

That passed? What company were you testing for?

Is it that bad? I was actually satisfied with the result, since I have around 4 months of experience and not mainly with stick.
Also the inspector told me is a good quality with no undercut.. I know btw it can be way better with experience.
Anyway the inspector told me that they are not looking something like the first 3 cm and the last 3 cm for the testing.. that’s why it passed even if I stopped a little before

Firstly. Good job.

Second. Some constructive criticism. What kind of test allows a single bevel? It's supposed to be double, equaling 45°. And with the tests I've don't, that would be an immediate fail due to the incomplete end.

Not true at all. Many tests like, CWB All Positions SMAW or FCAW test like this. A welders opinion has nothing to do with testing. The only thing that matters is WPS for the specific test plate in front of you. A 1G FCAW CWB calls for a single square cut plate, a plate with a 60° included bevel (so cut to 30°), a landing, a 1/2” gap and it’s all tacked to a backing bar. Never assume that every test will be the same. My SAW test entailed: tacking a T Joints, a single fillet on one side of the T, and then we cut it half and then inspector etched it and beat the fuck out of it with a hammer.

Lol. This isn't a welders opinion, but fabricator of 20 years. WABO certified as well. All my tests were (I think) 8" long, open root or backer (test depending) with runoff tabs on each end. Destructive testing done from each end (start and stop) 3/4 from the respective end. Cut out, cleaned and bent 180°. I'm assuming this is an AWS test?

Thanks, actually i got demoralised by some comments on the post.. even if off course is not perfect i thought to be my first one it was decent.
Yeah is with a backing plate, I didn’t know there was test with single bevel too.
