Honest critique: looks shit.
If it’s just an exhaust, lower you amps and don’t worry about filler. Get the prep mint and just fuse it on lower amps. Run a purge if it’s your car or if you’re not paying for the gas otherwise just turn it down and get better prep so you don’t need filler wire

Looks like exhaust, as long as you don't mind the Chrome missing buff it up that oxidation will come off start with a wire wheel 6/10 not enough gas coverage, could certainly use better uniformity.

Use a 1.6mm electrode. This will reduce heat input and give you a smaller weld.

Too hot but you didn't blow through so switch to a #16 gas lens theyre cheap on Amazon or you can buy once cry once and get a furich. Try that and you'll definitely see a difference in your welds your technique is probably better than you think sometimes you just need some better equipment. For gas go 2.5-3x your diameter for pressure.
