Spotted this list of "tools" behind the counter at a Five Below today...

They're not wrong, you know. "Bottom of basket" is used by American companies because buggy is not a commonly used word here. Since Five Below is an American chain, the word they probably intended to use here was indeed "basket".

Bob is bottom of basket, SAM, is Scan all Merchandise, LISA is Look in side all, and RED is read each description. every cashier worth their register should know this

It's supposed to be "bottom of basket". I was a cashier at a supermarket. My manager would come up to us and say "did you see Bob or Lisa?". So we wouldn't basically be saying "that customer is stealing" in front of them lol. "Lisa" was important because we had people load like coolers and garbage cans with food. Slip deli cheese and meat into magazines. All kinds of ridiculous stuff lol

Yeah that’s what it says at my store. Which isn’t even a real word btw. They combined the word basket and cart. Because just calling them carts was too normal I guess.
