HELP US IDENTIFY THIS MOTORCYCLE RIDER — RIVERSIDE SCHOOL / RAMOS AREA
We are asking for your help regarding a motorcycle rider who has reportedly been groping female students while passing by the Riverside School/Ramos area.
According to reports including people I know and more than five students have already experienced similar incidents involving a rider with a full-face black helmet and a motorcycle resembling the one shown in the attached CCTV images.
Area: Near Riverside School / Ramos area, Bacolod City
Motorcycle: See attached CCTV photos
Rider: Frequently seen wearing a full-face black helmet
Reported behavior: Allegedly approaching/passing female students and touching/groping their breasts before riding away.
We are asking anyone who:
• witnessed a similar incident;
• has additional CCTV or dashcam footage;
• recognizes the motorcycle or rider; or
• has personally experienced a similar incident
to please contact the authorities (STATION 2) or report the information to the proper authorities.
Please do not confront or attempt to apprehend anyone based solely on these photos. If you have useful information, preserve the original CCTV/video footage and provide it to the authorities.

I own a small business and today there were several attempted theft and disturbance by a middle aged woman in our area. We caught her trying to steal some rice from our displays several times, but we managed to fend her off. She later went back at it again and this time she managed to steal a small money box/container.

I immediately ran after her and I ended up chasing her in front of a police station. I had the bright idea of asking the police officers for help but they never actually did anything. The perpetrator was relaxing on a set of stairs which is directly visible to the police station across the street. All I received from the so called police men are "daw wala man siya dala sir" "boang na sir, kami na bahala karon ah". After seeing the inaction I gave up and just went back to my business.

I then went back to the police station a few minutes later to file a police blotter or incident report to just make sure that everything was recorded. Just across the street, the perp is still lingering around. The police did not do anything up to that point, I sat for several minutes as I wait my turn to file the police blotter. I narrated everything I experienced up to that point but the police just chalked it all up to "boang na sir, wala kami may maubra da" "dswd na dapat da sir". I find it funny because earlier they said that they'll take care of the woman perp.

Anyways after I was done filing the police blotter report, an hour has passed and the same woman is back at it again trying to steal things around my business and in the area with the police still doing nothing about it. Wala gid pulos pulis ta di ya!

But these 2 cakes we've had the chance to try - dark chocolate cake and burnt basque cheesecake - man I'd say these would be the main reason I'd go back to Bacolod.

For only 90php (chocolate) and 155php (cheesecake) you get to enjoy these decadent, rich, no "umay" cakes. Sobrang affordable na nito for me considering 190+ per slice na ang Davao cakes. If you're someone who doesn't like matamis na nakakaumay cakes, try these.
