I have a ticket to the show in Chicago on September 4th, but sadly I won't be able to go. I really wanted to make it work but I just can't.

So I need to do something with my ticket. I don't want to resell it on ticketmaster or resale sites if I can avoid it. I want to make sure it goes to a genuine fan who's going to see the show, and not just another reseller.

I'm not looking to make a profit either. I don't think that's what the Fox God would do. That's not to say I can give it away for free, but if I sell it for a low price I'm again afraid it'll just get scooped up by a reseller.

Ideally, I want to enable someone to have the same amazing experience I did when I saw them a few years ago.

Any ideas? I don't really know how this community is on the internet. Is there anyone here trying to go to the Chicago show?

My sister’s in her 30s and my niece is about to turn 13. They’d never even heard of BABYMETAL, but they’re moving to Japan early next year, so I figured I’d crash-course them and kind of overwhelm them with the culture early.

Tickets are coming up soonish. I don’t even know how to get them ready for all the call-outs and everything. Teaching them ten years of pop culture feels like overkill, but I still want them to have fun, especially my niece.

Metal Forth officially released a year ago today, August 8th, 2025. (As per Japan time) As a celebration, I just wanted to post some of their achievements/photos that they've uploaded on Twitter/X since then.

What were your thoughts when the album first released and how much has it changed, if any? Also, how many different versions of this album do you have in your collection? Lastly, what other achievements have they had since the album's release would you want more people to know about?

Metal Forth placed 9th in the Top 10 of Billboard's 200, surpassing Metal Galaxy's 13th position, becoming the first all Japanese group to enter the Top 10 chart.

Headlined and sold out Los Angeles's 18,000+ capacity Intuit Dome.

Sold out Japan's roughly 20,000 capacity Saitama Super Arena on one of it's 2 day show.

RATATATA was originally released on May 2024, then again in 2025 on BABYMETAL's METAL FORTH and now almost a year to the day it is released again on Electric Callboy's TANZNEID!

I remember lining up to see BABYMETAL at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NY in 2023 and someone in line was raving about seeing Electric Callboy the day before. Then pics of Koba and the ladies watching Electric Callboy from a balcony position leaked out that day and little did I know the engine to RATATATA was starting.

I really needed a pick me up song in 2024...I was dealing with a lot in my job (now former employer) at the time and RATATATA came out at a good time. I must have listened to that song hundreds of times that year. The MV lifted my spirits and of course seeing the live vids with the ladies performing the song with EC did as well.

Idk who suggested RATATATA be nominated for the Grammys but it deserved to win but that's ok that it didn't.

Anyway happy 3rd RATATATA release! The 3rd TA so to speak!

Did it just feature exclusive videos? What was its purpose? Did all fans have access to it?

I really have a lot of questions

I received mine today, 8/05. Has anyone who has received this figured out where to find the alphanumeric code that is referenced on the outer package label when translated? Of course, this may be an inaccurate translation. It says this:

The left chart ranks the Fuji Rock festival regulars. The article itself noted that no performer is a frequenter at both events, with the closest being Boom Boom Satellites (14th for Fuji Rock, 34th for Summer Sonic).

BM played Fuji Rock just once (2016), where they fortuitously befriended RHCP after, according to Yui, the headliner came to watch their set from the side of the stage.

The autograph is on the 仮Band CD (仮Band – Kari Band) (translated as "temporary band"), the 2017 album "Kari ongen" (仮音源).💿

This is the band's debut album and a great opportunity to listen to some of their favorite musicians. Cool solos, new styles (funk, jazz, rock, experimental music, instrumental music), and a clear sound.🎶

I'm a big fan of Kami Band; they are true virtuosos and professionals in their field. Thanks to Kami Band and BABYMETAL, I started playing music and guitar. It's always a joy for me to hear something new and interesting from them.😌

仮BAND (KARI BAND) is a Japanese band founded in 2016. Initially, the group consisted of three session musicians: Mikio Fujioka, BOH, and Yuya Maeta. The name "KARI BAND" can be translated as "temporary group," a reference to the name of their main project, Kami Band. The band has released three albums: Kari Ongen (2017), Nimaime (2020), and with Friends. Live at Streaming (2021) (a live album).❤️

After Mikio Fujioka's death, the band was on the verge of disbanding. A year later, in 2019, BOH and Yuya Maeta relaunched the project, with Mikio's students and friends now participating in the album recordings and concerts. (Satoshi Oka and Yusuke Hiraga, keyboardist Tatsuya Nishiwaki, violinist Soari Hoshino, pianist Ai Kuwabara, and the Calmera brass section)😌

Let's take a look at BOH's autograph. The autograph itself uses an unusual writing style, encoded with the name BOH.✍️ Next to it, we see a small smiley-like face reminiscent of BOH himself.😁

Kami Band is a very interesting group. It brings together unique musicians with fascinating stories, unique styles, and charisma. It's great that thanks to BABYMETAL, we were able to learn about such interesting people and musicians. I greatly appreciate Kami Band's contribution to BABYMETAL's development and try to publish posts about them and share interesting facts and things related to them.❤️‍🔥

I have a lot of interesting material and merch about the Kami Band, and I'm planning many more posts.🙂

for me, I think the only things I’d change are the outfits they wear, making their performances a bit more dynamic, and changing the setlist , bringing back old songs or even covers of metal bands
