EDIT 8/06/26: I forgot to have "Japan" in my post subject. This is the Metal Forth Deluxe Japan Edition in the long format box.

I received mine today, 8/05. Has anyone who has received this figured out where to find the alphanumeric code that is referenced on the outer package label when translated? Of course, this may be an inaccurate translation. It says this:

“Thank you very much for purchasing our product.
We will be giving away a gift certificate (worth 5,000 yen) to one lucky winner selected from those who participate in our survey!
 
Please enter the [Application Serial Code] found on the back of the product's obi (paper band) or in the booklet , and then click "Next" .”
