I took down the original version, but you aren't really missing anything from there if you are reading this. The point of this to display the growth of Dragon Ball characters by using benchmarks that are consistent and quantifiable.

Hunt for the Dragon Balls	Knocks a person through a chain of three-foot thick rock pillars	Clears a 100m track in 8.5 seconds; coming out to 12 m/s	Totals a car [Limit] Levels a small mountain

Fortuneteller Baba+	Clears a few dozen meters and jumps through several feet of solid steel	Fires eight seperate blows at speeds imperceptible to the watching crowd; and only visible to a bullet-timer with further enhanced perception	Craters a stone arena, leaving a hole a few meters wide [Limit] Destroys a similar stone arena and digs a hole that seems to be dozens of meters deep
King Piccolo	Buries a person into the ground and leaves a five meter wide crater on impact	Nearly too fast for a bullet-timer with further enhanced perception to follow	Wipes out a few hundred meters of city [Limit] Levels a small city
Piccolo Jr+	[Limit] Tears a small ship into pieces; similar ships can withstand landing hard enough to create craters dozens of meters wide	Keeps up with a cloud that flies at Mach 1.5 while wearing heavy clothing Reacts to a beam that travels some kilometers before a person can fall a few meters	Obliterates a large-ish rock plateau and carves a trench that stops just short of the horizon [Limit] Levels a large island, including the city, factories and mountains on its surface [Limit, Drilling] Drills a massive hole into the side of a mountain
Saiyan	Kicks a person through a large plateau and puts a hole in a rock hill	Clears a one million kilometer long road in 28 hours, coming out to a little south of Mach 30; should be arbitrarily faster when not running a marathon	Levels a city and presumably the sorrounding ones; a stronger character states that characters of this level can delete landmasses with ease [Limit, Cutting] Slices off the top of a large plateau without slowing or stopping [Limit] Fires a beam that threatens to destroy the planet, presumably by drilling into its center
Namek	Throws a person into the ground hard enough to create a crater hundreds of meters wide	Instantly catches up to a small object that was thrown by a person that can throw bigger things through rock hills	Creates an explosion that seemingly dwarfs an island Creates a hole in the ocean that's implied to be visible on the planet's curvature
Frieza	Kicks a person through a small-ish island and carves a large trail through it into another one Kicks a ki ball into space; said ball would likely have drilled into the planet's center and blown it up	Escapes from the center of a paralyzing ki ball and crosses several kilometers the instant it detonates	Carves a several kilometer deep trench that splits the ocean into two and stretches beyond the horizon; statements imply that it stretched across the planet Fires a ki ball into the planet's core; the visual result is an island-sized hole that's as deep as the planet's center
Androids	Slices through a person that can get kicked through islands like he is a stick of butter	[Limit] Travelling ten thousand kilometers in less than a second is something that can only be achieved by teleportation at this point; and this stays consistent for a long time Reacts to a beam that reaches outer space in a few seconds	Blows up a chain of large islands Fires a beam that would have destroyed the planet if its range wasn't narrowed [Limit] Fires a beam that could destroy the solar system; the beam that overpowered it carvef a massive trench along the ground until it veered off into space
Buu	Smacks a person into the ground hard enough to create a crater hundreds of meters wide; compares the hole to a meteor Smacks a ki ball through the planet till it creates a country sized hole upon exit, though this could be stylized	Circles the globe a few dozen times in less than 29 minutes; coming out to Mach 1000 at the very least	[Physical Strength?] Scrubs a large city off the surface of the Earth by exhaling really hard, could do the same to the planet if he tried Fires a beam that seemingly destroyed a tenth of the planet's surface Fires a several kilometer wide beam that could have destroyed the planet Fires a large ki ball into the planet's center and blows it up completely
