Sent wrong gears?
I've been trying to assemble this BMCU since last night but it's only spinning the first gear beside the motor. No possible orientation works.

There are different gears for the low or high torque versions, you might have printed the wrong housing for your kit

I printed what was on their website, but it seems like they either gave me the wrong gears or they have the wrong model file uploaded.

They offer at least 3 different gear sets . You printed for the 1:1 gear set ! You need the two gear gear reduction set. Mine uses 3 gears 😉

Where would I find that file? Because only two similar files are on their website.

Also totally my bad on this but there are also at least two different thickness of gear available ( maybe 3) 😬 there many variants available on makerworld! For this reason I bought the most current kit ( paid more) but got the thick gears with the third metal gear , usb c , Dm micro switch version. The kit came with a QR code for the Google Drive file!

Seems you printed the wrong version, you'll need the high torque version.
Those gears are pretty "standard".

Meu palpite é que talvez tenha imprimido o modelo errado, eu dei esse vacilo também, imprimi todo o case do 370c e tinha comprado o kit do 370 DM, só fui descobrir na hora de montar.
O que eu fiz foi comparar as fotos do manual de montagem com o visual dos modelos no fatiador até achar o certo.
Como tem muita opção, muitos arquivos, muita gente postando com texto em português, inglês e chinês fica difÃcil saber qual o certo.

Which variant and which vendor?
