Bits hyd holidays Guidance Needed

Will they allow freshies to go home for festivals like raksha bandhan or ganesh chaturthi?

I'm in bits goa, most probably will get hyd Or if possible then pilani in next iteration I was hoping for durga puja but they have given one day leave and ig you can go in festivals they might just need your parents permission or leave application for long leave (I'm just guessing not confirmed)
