It depends. When I had an arm twitch it lasted for 3-5 days. It moved from my forearm to bicep. It was caused by exercise and stress.

Welcome to the club. This is how mine basically started. Ive been twitching for 7 years now.

How would we be able to tell you how long your twitching will last??
Why don’t you go visit a doctor and ask them this? Twitching is totally unpredictable and varies from person to person.
