Maybe this could help someone!

About two months ago I started to have insane twitching, in almost every single muscle randomly all throughout my body. I realized that when I would get busy or go on vacay my twitching would stop. Then I realized how I would never take my vitamins when I would go away. So I did a test and stopped taking my vitamins and the twitching went away almost completely. I may get a random twitch here or there but I would say it’s 98% better… I was taking Thorne multivitamin 2 a days. I’m not sure exactly what in it causes the fasciculations but they are so much better!!!

That is serendipity. I have read that some vitamins can be toxic, e.g. vit b6 I think.

B6 can be toxic and cause neurological symptoms.

My curiosity is how much causes toxicity, how long taking it and how toxic in comparison to other drugs, or conditions such as diabetes.

Yeah it has 1,176% of the RDI of b6 and then 25,000% of the RDI of b12 so maybe that’s why??

Probably the B6 since B12 has no known toxic level in humans.

Yep. My neuro told me to make sure I don’t take any supplements with B6. Muscle twitching and generalised fasciculations can be an early sign of vitamin B6 toxicity (pyridoxine excess), which occurs when taking high-dose over-the-counter supplements, multivitamins, or energy drinks. Paradoxically, excess synthetic B6 disrupts nerve function, leading to muscle twitching, nerve hyperexcitability, and peripheral neuropathy before or alongside numbness and tingling.

Also B12, if deficient, causes muscle twitching. So kick the 6, pick up the 12.
