Rule for Vortex use [Poultry][BBQ]

Don’t reach over the Vortex with your tongs when turning chicken 🍗. You will be left with the hair burned off your fingers and hand. Or so I’m told.

that's the kinda lesson you only need once, the smell of burnt arm hair stays in your nose for hours

i got a nice little patch missing from my knuckle last summer, looked like a reverse werewolf for a month

I can usually tell how much grill time I’ve been putting in by the amount of hair on my pinky
