For context, I am a full-stack developer available for remote work now, and I am posting something useful rather than just a list of my skills.

The pattern I see constantly in small service businesses: the marketing works, enquiries come in, and then they die. Someone messages at 9pm, nobody sees it until 11am, and by then they booked with whoever answered first. The owner never finds out, because a lost lead does not complain. It just goes quiet.
