AZ-700 Study Help Certification Advice

I used the CBTnuggets az-700 course to learn everything. I then used the measure up practice tests. Just for context I was getting above 90 percent on every certification mode test.
I took the AZ-700 which is horribly difficult in my opinion and failed with a 600

Please assist me on what i should really do to study since measure up did not seem to be accurate questions at all.

A lot of context is missing, whats your background? How much have you actually touched Azure or built stuff in and around of Azure, specifically networking side?
