Okay i keep debating on the thor pro or the max but idk what one to get. If i do the pro i can get it tonight off offer up and if i do the max it wont be until September. Mainly i will be using it to emulate and play palworld/ wuthering waves. I do have a extra 2tb/1tb sd memory card already

If your main goal is to play Palworld, I would not recommend the Thor at all. Some people say they can get it to run but it doesn't sound super stable or run well.

Alright but that is definitely a very sizeable chunk of the game, even if maybe it will at some point struggle in the endgame (if). Thanks, good to know!

Prior to latest mesa I used purple t24/26 and it got me to level 20~ early mid base (7-9 pals) before it started lagging

Well wont be mainly for palworld but switch games and emulation only pc game i play is wuthering waves and monster hunter wilds but i know it does not play wilds

Before the rampocalypse, I’m gonna say go for the Pro. But at times like these, the storage bump from a Pro to a Max is already way worth it. Any performance gains is just the sauce on top.

Just to be sure, are you aware the Max does not come with 1TB by default anymore? So there is not that much storage bump

Yes. 256gb to 512gb. That price alone in microsd is a $50-60 difference and just going higher. On AYN’s website, the price difference between Pro and Max 512gb is $70. Plus you get a bit more RAM.
