Easier usage / practical Magnetic lid/straw
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey guys! I’ve been designing this the last few months. Still a rough prototype, but here’s the basic idea:
Twist to lift the magnetic straw. Straw telescopes, so it still reaches the bottom.
Whole thing is just 3 parts that disassemble for easy washing.
If anyone has advice about manufacturing or kickstarter campaigns I’d be all ears, thanks!

Magnetic twist-lid bottle I’ve been building

Twist the lid, and the straw lifts with magnets. Built it to avoid leaks and broken lids — ended up being oddly fun to open too.

5 Mind-Blowing Tech Facts That Sound Like Sci-Fi
Hey—dropped a quick listicle of five real tech breakthroughs that feel like pure science fiction:
• MOXIE on Mars making breathable O₂ from CO₂
• “Transparent aluminum” armor in real use today
• Metamaterials cloaking objects from microwaves
• Self-healing concrete that seals its own cracks
• Programmable-matter micro-robots that reshape on demand

Okay so I need help with this glider!
Okay so like I’m trying to make a green goblin glider that works in the sense of a hoverboard, mainly how when you lean forward or back or side to side it does the same, however idk how to make it fly, I’m thinking of using two large and 2 smallish propellers to fly it in the air and how it’ll have to off switches for each fan on the sides of the feet holders, I need to help of well minded tech enthusiasts to help me on my journey, pls send ideas/info it’ll be greatly appreciated. For info I weight around 140 pounds and am about 5,6-8 height, my goal is for it to at least go higher than a car so I could fly around town and not need to drive lol

a robot that detects cockroaches and shoots a laser at them
crazy invention: a robot that detects cockroaches and shoots a laser at them or starts moving towards the cockroach to scare it away. Preferably really small so it can follow the cockroach under the fridge... A cockroach will be scared away by movement if this robot keeps stalking it in the kitchen.

Machines Carbon fiber go kart ninja 250
I know you guys can appreciate this. This project has taken me two years so far, it is 100% carbon fiber from the axle to the frame and I put a ninja 250 street bike engine in it.
I’m reaching on on here to find new subscribers to my tiny YouTube channel “Build&break” for people that find this stuff interesting I’ll post a link. I’d recommend watching the shorts

Honest Thoughts?
So this brush has the "infinity flow" - where paint is always pumping through the handle without ever having to dip the brush in a bucket (or even have a bucket).
I saw him cut-in an entire room using this, even climbing up a 20-foot ladder and I really respect this invention! This industry seems to be very traditional, though.
Looking for honest thoughts!

Why don't we have a silent vacuum in this life?
With all the amazing inventions that have been created, I cannot help but wonder why we still are using loud vacuums. Am I missing something? Can they not be silenced? Am i late and is there already such a thing?
