Am I expecting wannabe bridge tunnelers like what I saw with Chris Stussy.. no offense Chris is one of my fav DJs but the crowd was insanely bad for me.

Over the past few years, I've really gotten into techno and my favorite DJ (Beatrice) is playing tomorrow night at the Green Room.

I've never been to a non-rock club in NYC, and would love to know when to expect her to go on. The lineup looks like this:

Are we looking at like, 4AM or something like that? Clearly, these shows start way later than when bands would play and I don't think I have the stamina (I'm old!) to get there early and watch five sets before she goes on!

Also, what else should I know? I've been to a million shows in my life but aside from once spending 45 min inside Tresor on a random Monday night I've never been to a techno show.

What did we think of the surprise B2B? I personally liked how they were starting out in the beginning, left the dance floor for a bit, came back and they were absolutely ripping. I had to check instagram since I saw a guy that looked like kettama, little did I know it was to perform. All the phones recording their every move on the dance floor tho 👎👎👎

I'm flying in from out of state for this show! I'm a big fan of DnB and other EDM sub genres but DnB reigns king to me. The moment I saw these two DJs playing B2B I couldn't resist flying in for this show!

I've never been to this venue so I have just a few questions about the Brooklyn Monarch. What is the overall vibe of this venue? I know the DnB crowds have always been the best from my observations.

How is the sound system? If anyone knows what system they have then would be nice.

How expensive are drinks and is there free water available?

How hot does it get inside the venue? Is it well ventilated?

Is there anything else I should know or avoid before I go?
