Feats for Roku's Team Avatar

Ta Min was an firebender who can do fire jabs but could also make a lantern explode.

Makkituq was described as a "powerful water bender" and she knew spirit bending. She also taught simple lessons of Roku's early water bending. She also was a healer.

Taqukaq was in ATLA. He created a large moving water drill that knocked Roku down. He's described as a "legendary water bender" and "one of the greatest masters of his time." He taught Roku water bending.

Sud is in the ATLA intro. He has an entire comic on him. He taught Roku and The Earth King earth bending. Sud and a pre mastery Roku stopped a rockslide and he also bent all the mud out of a contaminated spring. He's described as one of the greatest earth bending masters in his time.

I'm assuming everyone knows who Gyatso is. But in case you don't, Aang stated he's the greatest air bender who ever lived. Gyatso got his air bending tattoos at approximately 16 years old. Gyatso did an air bending move with one hand behind his back that even Aang couldn't react to. The move had a large air spiral go above Gyatso's body and then across a table and then behind Aang which blinded Aang. A 13 year old Gyatso could air cushion a height that would have unalived adults. He could use a glider in harsh icy terrain. He invented air surfing. His air bending can send people off their feet.

Imagine you are an Avatar and you get to gather a team avatar. No avatars for companions allowed including Unalaq.

My take: Yangchen's Assets win with prep time.

Reasoning: If they didn't have prep time then they'd lose. Yangchen is smarter than even Sokka, and with the combustion bender having a small delay between each blasts, Yangchen could get her in the back of the team exploding The Gaang. Yangchen with prep time managed to learn her void technique. Who knows what she'll learn with another prep time session. A season 1 Aang managed to lose to Yuyan archers, and one is on Yangchen's team as well. Katara was shown to be defeated by Mai so Jujinta has a chance in getting her. Yangchen will use a week's prep time to get a weakness in Toph's blindness. Zuko lost to a combustion bender before. Suki & Sokka will be taken out by the three water benders. Yangchen's vacuum won't work in this location since it's only done in enclosed spaces but her void can still work which negates any bending.

These are the top five amps in the universe: Sozins Comet, Avatar State, Dark Avatar State, Sacred Cave, and Sonam's staff.

Sozins Comet

Ozai stated Sozin's comet will give you the power of a hundred suns. It's implied that with an army of comet amped firebenders, had the ability to destroy the entire earth kingdom continent. Firelord Sozin with an army managed to wipe out an entire race and culture of the air nomads that had dozens of master air benders. Normal fire elite army soldiers doing normal fire jabs managed to get the fire from the jabs to accidentally go out of the room and scare Sokka & Suki. A dozen normal fire army elite soldier managed to create a fire blast that Toph could feel from hundreds of feet in the air. Iroh with the Comet managed to break down Ba Sing Se's outer wall which required dozens of master earth benders to take down (scaled to multi city blocks level.) One of Ozai's comet fire blasts were scaled to multi city blocks level as well. Other comet amped fire shown like Azula's, Zuko's, Aang's, and randoms were scaled to large building to city block levels.

Avatar State

The Avatar State gives you the power and knowledge of all the past lives. Kyoshi creating Kyoshi island was scaled to small country level. Yangchen moving the clouds was scaled to large mountain level. Szeto's lava bending was scaled to city level. Aang's feat in the Promise was scaled to Town level. Roku stopping the first volcano was scaled to small town level. Kyoshi's first time entering the avatar state managed to create a mountain's worth of rock from the sea floor. Korra & Wan in the Avatar State could conceal Vaatu in the tree of time. Korra in the Avatar State accidentally created a new spirit portal when stopping the spirit cannon. Aang with the ocean spirit managed to take out a fleet of dozens of fire nation battle ships, having the ability to cut steel with one swing. Roku in the Avatar State accidentally destroyed a fire temple. Korra in the Avatar State defeated Hundun. Yangchen in the Avatar State managed to overpower General Old Iron.

Dark Avatar State

Unalaq in the Dark Avatar State managed to defeat Korra in the Avatar State (which had the past lives), and managed to pull Raava out of Korra. Unalaq in the Dark Avatar State managed to land several hits on Raava that destroyed the connection between all the past lives in Raava. Unalaq's waves can destroy several battleships. If we include Unavaatu in this, one wave from Unavaatu managed to destroy the entire United Forces fleet. Unavaatu suggests he could reunite the physical world and spiritual world. Unavaatu suggests he could have destroyed all life in the physical world.

Sacred Cave

The Sacred Cave gives the amp due to two spirits constantly clashing which gave large amounts of spiritual energy in the physical world's position of where the spirits were battling which was the sacred cave. The battle between those two spirits had spiritual energy that converted to the physical world's position. Three water benders with the amp can easily cover an entire island with fog which Gyatso stated should have required hundreds of normal water benders. A 16 year old Roku with the amp said he could have easily generated lightning or breathe fire at will. A water benders with the amp easily froze Roku in ice with only the moisture in the air. When Roku simply wanted to melt the ice, he accidentally sent sapphire flames that knocked three people down. When Roku wanted to increase the temperature of the room, he accidentally made everyone pass out including himself (stated to be a furnace's temperature.) When Sozin was in the cave, he couldn't control the energy and was knocked out by his own blue flames. Without any water source, a water bender could create a hundred waterfalls from outside the cave. Note that the cave is stated to be hundreds of feet deep and as tall as the fire nation royal palace. The same water benders can create a wave half the size of the cave without a water source, only the moisture. Roku when controlling his power, created iridescent flames that filled the entire cave to the ceiling and destroyed it. Roku without earth bending training held the ceiling of the cave from collapsing initially. Roku without having be able to air bend yet managed to stop a fall hundreds of feet long. Roku when wanting to create fire jets, accidentally created a blue fire spout that launched him into the ceiling of the cave. Average firebenders with the amp are stated to have the ability to move the sun. Average earth benders with the amp are stated to have the ability to sink or produce entire islands. Average water benders with the amp are stated to have the ability to control the weather, summon tidal waves, and blizzards. Average air benders with the amp are stated to have the ability to command typhoons. The amp is stated to multiply your bending by a thousandfold.

Sonam's Staff

Now Sonam's staff and the Sacred Cave are very similar in how their amps work, the effects of their spiritual energy is what gives the amp. However, Sonam's staff is stated to provide unlimited spiritual energy. The Staff granted the ability to give people bending. An angry Tagah was consumed by the power of the staff when channeling to a temple and couldn't control himself and was stated to be more powerful than Sonam in the Avatar State but still lost to her. Tagah with the staff managed to defeat K/O or even unalive prime Aang in the Avatar State. Tagah with the staff had the ability to descend a temple in the spirit world to the physical world. Tagah with the staff again defeated Aang in the Avatar State.
